Confirmation of receipt of Application Form with Fee
Confirmation of receipt of the NEET Application Forms with fee in CBSE would be display on the website. Efforts would be made to display the confirmation of all Application Forms/Confirmation page received by the Board within 15 days time from the last date(s) of receipt of the Application Forms. After the CBSE hosts the details of all the Application Forms on website, candidates may check the status of their Application Form. If any candidate who had sent Application Form through Speed Post/Registered Post and against his/her application number the information is available on Board’s website that ‘form is not received’, in such cases candidates are advised to send the following documents to the Board within 07 days from the date of hosting of the information on the website in such a manner as to ensure the delivery of the same to the Board:
a) A Copy of the computer generated Confirmation Page of the online Application Form (one out of the four kept by candidate) after affixing and attesting photograph and form in the same manner as done for the previous application form.
b) Original receipt issued by the Post Office for having dispatched the Application Form.
c) Proof of fee paid (Photocopy of the Challan, if fees remitted through Bank/Photocopy of the statement of the Card if fee is paid through Debit/Credit Card). In case, the fee has not been received by the Board, candidate may be asked to pay the fee again.
No request regarding non-receipt of Application Form would be entertained by the CBSE after lapse of 07 days period from the date of hosting of information on the website.
Candidates are advised to retain the photocopy of the Computer generated Confirmation Page of the online Application Form, Proof of remitting fee and the original receipt issued by the post office for having despatched the Application Form to the Board.
The Confirmation Pages of on-line applications submitted by the candidates for NEET-UG, 2013 are received randomly in the CBSE. For the information of candidates, the status of applications received on-line shall be uploaded on the website as per the following schedule:
1st Lot : 15th January, 2013
2nd Lot : 1st February, 2013
3rd Lot : 15th February, 2013
4th Lot: 1st March, 2013
Final Date of uploading Confirmation Page: 25 March 2013
All the candidates are requested to check the status of application and the particulars filled in the application uploaded on the website and ensure correctness of particulars.
Candidates can avail A one time opportunity to correct their personal particulars including Category in the online application. This facility will be available during the period from 1st February, 2013 to 28th February, 2013. Correction in change of city of examination centre/ state to which applicant belong/ choice of seats/question paper medium/nationality are not allowed. After correction, candidates may print correction slip and retain the same for reference and record.
Due to correction in Category if extra fee is payable by the candidate, the same shall be paid through Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Secretary, CBSE payable at Delhi. The correction slip and Demand Draft in respect of fee revision cases shall be sent at the following address:

1. Number of records of Confirmation Page are uploaded on regular bases. Candidates are required to visit the site frequently to check their status of receipt of Confirmation Page & Discrepancies if any.
2. Status of receipt of Confirmation Page shall be uploaded on regular basis. Final lot shall be uploaded on 01.03.2013
3. Candidates are advised not to make any correspondence regarding receipt of their Application with the CBSE till 16.02.2013.
